Refund Policy

At Greater Hope Charitable Trust, we deeply appreciate every donation and contribution made towards our mission of supporting underprivileged communities. As a nonprofit organization, we ensure that all funds are utilized effectively for charitable purposes. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund request is necessary.

Donation Refunds
  • Donations made to Greater Hope Charitable Trust are generally non-refundable.
  • If a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was charged, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the request is made by the original donor and proof of the transaction is provided.
Event & Program Fees
  • Fees for events, training programs, or other charitable activities are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by Greater Hope Charitable Trust.
  • In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Merchandise & Sponsorship Refunds
  • If you have purchased merchandise or sponsored a specific cause, refunds will be issued only in cases of duplicate transactions or errors.
  • Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.
Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
